20. THE ECONOMICAL CYCLE. USA Vs CHINA. TOWARDS III WORLD WAR.

The future of America. Germany=America, the cycle of wars.

The cycles of Economic History repeat themselves, as long as Humans do not change their attitudes towards history, nor desire to guide History for the profit of man. In that sense men act under total Greed, as economic particles in search of profits. This does not need to be like that, as it has not been for most of History, when men obeyed words. Take the case of Mr. Bin Laden. Indeed, he is a terrorist, and yet no one has betrayed him in Afghanistan, not even for all those million dollars in offer. Why? Merely because Muslims are still ruled by words not by Gold and so it is an insult to their ultimate self-soul-values, which are verbal, to 'sell' a man they have offered hospitality. What this truly means is that probably with the appropriate negotiation and patience, this crisis could have been solved, and justice done without a War and an Orwellian state... And yet in as much as Americans are moved by freed=freedom of greed the present solution was obvious: the war would be implemented in the most expensive manner to increase the lobbyist profits of Senators and politicians - a technological war. It would expanded to keep those profits for years to come. In the same manner we can predict that investment in security and robotic industries will rise in the next years as we move towards a bigger war, once this Islamic scare ends - the ultimate XXI confrontation, between China and America, which Mr. Bush essayed with the spy-plane conflict but the Chinese did not accept. 10 years into the future, things might be different.

What this means is that according to the cycle of stock wars, caused by changes in top predator products and companies, and by the periodic over production of peaceful machines, America is about to enter in the last decade of controlled war, before its next cycle of World war brutality, the cycle of robotic wars starts, and the entire process gets out of hand. In that sense the present Semite wars, are merely a prologue to a much wider confrontation of economical, political and military nature, that was in sight, before the Semite wars entered this new cycle: the confrontation between America, the World Power of the XX century, and China, the World Power of the XXI Century.

The present Splendid Little War against Afghanistan, and the small economical crisis it is causing, will pale compared to the next economical cataclysm (the 1928-29 western economical crisis) and the social unrest, and pull towards Military Lobbyism, it will imply. What the present Semite wars have caused, is a bigger degree of certainty about that future war crisis, in as much as America will keep during this decade, the militaristic, controlled security state, it is building now, the Orwellian nightmare created to 'protect' Americans against Arab terrorism. Indeed, in as much as Jewish Americans will not stop defending Israel, neither Israel will make a just peace with Palestine, new terrorist attacks - let us hope none of them of Atomic nature - will encroach that 'advanced Orwellian nightmare'. Soon America will seem to the visitor a police state in defense of 'our freedoms', as Germany might seem in the earlier 30s. The victims of that police state will be Arabs, blacks and Latinos, anti-globalization, ecologist and other activists. In this manner with a re-election due for 2004, the American presidency will find itself, in 2008, confronting a raising, peaceful, highly developed new economical power, China, that will gain friends as America will gain new enemies in his obsession for the Semite wars.

At the same time the devolutionary tendencies of the American economy, explained in previous issues, will be reinforced by the present security state it is building. Already plane trips have cut down twice, and American worldwide tourism will plummet. Americans will no longer be so confident about the future of their nation, and consume will diminish. Robotics will increase their projection within the economical tissue of nations. The stockratic elite will demand higher profits under lower consume, provoking the basic conditions that took place in 1928: an economical crash due to diminishing consume, diminishing work, and increasing speculative profits in all technological industries.

At the same time, an overproduced dollar will loose power as the global currency, since two new global currencies, the Euro and the Yuan will decide with the demand of their hundreds of millions of users, many prices in the world market. It is then when in 2008, China will overcome America, in National GNP, which in the past, was the origin of a massive change in global economical power, between nations, and political and military crisis of Global consequence... namely the origin of many previous world wars.

China enters the world stage

The most important news of this fall has passed unnoticed, in the middle of so much war talk. It was the entrance of China in the GATT, and World Trade Organization. China will be now able to sell and buy things. But China is not just another partner. In 2008 it will overcome America in GNP. In the process China will start to trade in greater quantities that America. What this means is that China will start to set, as the biggest trader, the prices of some basic commodities and control the scarcity and availability of those goods. First it will be the food staples and raw materials. The Chicago market will move to Shangai. Then as the financial system is reformed and Chinese are able to change the growing value of their Yuans, the Chinese will learn the pleasures of speculation in the World-stock market. Greedy westerners will open Nasdaq and Euro50 to the Chinese. Yet soon the financial flow will flock into the new Chinese companies. As the decade passes, the financial mighty of America will flow into the H.K. Singapore and Shangai markets And people will require Yuans, that will grow in value, strengthening the capacity of China to put up prices of all commodities. By 2008 China will be economically speaking stronger, and more integrated in the Eurasian region that America is. Japan and Korea will become satellites of the Chinese market for high' end information goods. Russia will sell China the oil and raw materials through oil pipes across Siberia. A 2000 million region around China will become the biggest world market. Still because of the excesses of American financial behavior, the world will be full of dollars, and Yuans will still be limited Their value will be seen as clearly superior to the Dollar, and one day

The next world war, America Vs China...

Those world wars were caused by economic crisis caused by the over-production of a certain top predator good which was the engine of the economy. In the last cycle the top predator goods were radios and cars, and the end of its initial cycle as peaceful products for the rich, caused the 29 stock-world crash, and the switch from car to tank production that ended in war within a decade. The Germans who were the inventors of modern cars [Mercedes invented the oil engine] and were using widely radios for political purposes, were also the first to reconvert their industry to the production of the equivalent tank, violent radio weapons. Instead of radios they made Hitlerian speeches, instead of cars Mercedes made tanks. This is the question. When there is over production of peaceful machines you can make weapons and consume humans, instead of let humans consume your machines. So America is entering now an age of over production of computers and those computers will be used in the form of top predator weapons, robots and telecom systems of defence, in the next war. America is parallel to Germany, in their systemic evolution, since Germany was the first country to use electronic Metal communicators [radio] to provoke violence and war. America uses TVs, with similar effect. Since the Kondriatiev cycle of top predator machines last 80 years. America is now entering the last decade of the present cycle of computers and metal-minds. it should end around 2008, 80 years after the crash of 1928, caused by over production of cars and radios. A second process takes place in those wars. The change of top predator currency...

Top predator currencies: the dollar Vs the Yuan

Wars are caused for economic reasons, since the reproduction of weapons is also an 'economic event', that increases the reproduction of money and profits.

We can now refine this analysis concentrating on the second cause of war between nations. Nations fight for economic power, not only with machines, but also with money. They fight wars, to reproduce and impose their currency worldwide without limit.

All organisms have a 'privileged' center. It is the brain-center that controls the language of information. To be the brain-center of an organism is for any cell, a position of advantage. Such cells are in fact immortal [neurons in the body] because they prey on all other cells. They can give orders to all other cells through a language of information. They deliver job and purchase orders with that money, and they get goods and workers for free. They do not have to work as 'energy' species, because the other cells deliver them whatever energy they desire. They are the top predators of the body-ecosystem.

This also happens in history with the nation, tribe or social caste that 'controls' the world currency of monetary information. This view to create, to credit a world currency is the fundamental tool of power of nations. Such a currency cannot be devalued because it is the world currency and can thus be reproduced without any limits. The top predator nation has an enormous privilege, because it can buy all its products for free, just by making new emissions of paper money. In the XIX century England had that privilege. America has it since WW II. That is the reason why American deficits grow exponentially and the dollar continues to be strong: it is the world currency and America can buy everything throughout the world for free with that currency. We talk of the top predator currency. In the times of Bodies of metal it was the pound. In the times of minds of metal it is the dollar. We could use a new verb: "To creditate [to credit=to create]", since to credit means to create in modern societies. America has unlimited credit to invent new industries and products. So no nation will be able to compete with America as long as America keeps that privilege. In order to impose its 'money', its currency, worldwide, America as Britain and Germany did before, will enter economic wars, against the Euro [was Kosovo in part consequence of the Euro challenge?] and China...

The risk of losing monetary power, and economic power, puts nations on the verge of war and we can relate the great wars of modern history, to the economic crises and changes of currency power between metal-nations. So, not only in financial stocks but also in currency crises, do we find the key to modern wars. It goes as follows: a new nation with a new top predator currency appears. People buy the new currency, and the old currency looses value, and human goods become scarce. The old top predator cannot buy everything for free anymore, since its money has lost its value. This causes a spiral of inflation in the old nation, where prices rise as money looses value. It creates an economic crisis and an easy solution for governments is found by casting the blame on the new top predator nation, and declaring war.

When the world changes currencies, it returns the old currency over-reproduced during the previous 80 years, to the falling nation. There it produces hyper inflation which causes an internal civil War, or even worse a world war. The old nation has kept as top secret, with minimal transference, the best war machines; and under the mirage of his previous top predator status, believes truly to be the center of the Human Universe, with rights to keep his monetary power by war... So when the GNP-credit in Spain collapsed to Holland, it went into a World War with that nation. When France lost its currency power to England after the Canadian and Indian disaster, it soon went into a revolution...

In the last cycle, in 1928 the fight between the dollar and the Pound-Mark system caused the crash of the mark and Europe was at war within a decade. Soon Germany was a ruined nation and England dropped from being the top ranking nation in GNP per capita, to position number 22. The same will happen in America, when the dollar stops being the top predator currency with unlimited rights of 'cre[dit]ation'.

What might cause the periodical monetary crisis which would eliminate the American freedom of right to "invent money"? Around 2008 China will overtake the American GNP and the Yuan will rival the dollar as the world currency in world trade. Then America might suffer hyper inflation in human goods and a civil or world wide war, financed by its industrial lobbies might breakout.

There is strong proof that they financed the American Civil War in the past. So why not again? Those currency and profit wars are difficult to avoid, because for Company-mothers the future of mankind is irrelevant. They only care about the future of their machines. To them war is a time of hefty profits [up to 8 times higher] and faster machine evolution...

By 2008, the 80-year cycles of long economic activity will be exhausted in America. It is very likely that today's massive speculation in computers and worthless Internet companies, valued already at around 100 times their real earnings-price, will bring a parallel situation to that of the '20s, in which speculation and over-production on cars and railroads was not met by demand. Then the market crashed, exhausting the capacity of America to invent Stock Money for free. And Mother-companies of Cars reconverted its production lines to the creation of Top Predator Species: tanks. By 2008 the bubble economy of America will probably crash, as the American people become poorer in terms of Human goods. By then the Chinese Yuan will also be able, due to its higher Economic mass, to crash the Dollar. How will American companies react to the technological crash? Will they change their production line from peace computers to war computers [sentient weapons?]. Sentient weapons will then be technologically possible. Robotic weapons will be all pervading in the American Army.

The crash of the dollar like the crash of the Mark can be solved with a massive reproduction of weapons that America can use against the rival Chinese Army. The mere menace of such an event will certainly increase military budgets over the next years in both nations. Most people who hold stocks are only guided by profits. So we consider that in the future, as long as stock markets cre[dit]ate reality, the behavior of our elite will continue fueling the Cycles of war.

The new crisis will be between America and China, as the American economy is surpassed by the Chinese economy. At that point the American elites [Jewish-American, Wasp], will move the American resources to new countries, probably to Australia, and the Indian Arch. They will invest in those economies, and abandon America to its own resources. America will then collapse either in civil wars or a militaristic empire, as Germany did, entering in a World War with its sentient weapons. The past Cycles of war, helped us to understand the nature of such future wars, the robotic wars of the XX Century. They will be cause by the stock crisis, of around 12008, written in our graphs. They might start around 1 2020.

Bio-economic solutions to that war crisis if they wished to solve it.

Nations should instead diminish military budgets and speculation in the markets, and increase government deficits in the pursuit of human goods, consumed in peace and war, and without lethal effects on mankind. Butter instead of cannons.

To avoid the four great causes of economic wars, national competence, national currencies, lobbies, and excessive credit to technological machines, it is obvious that human governments have to reform their political and economic World systems, before the big crack of 12008 takes place, in the lines of our last chapter, by unifying economical currencies, and ending the weapon race, and the robotic race, by promoting human goods, instead of technology and stock-credit.

Yet if they don't do it, we can indeed, forecast the parallels between future America, and past Germany, both entering the XX/XXI Century with a crash of their currency, and still holding the top predator weapons. Both loving violence, and feeling the center of the world. Not doubt that America will blame China, not the economical system of its future currency crisis, and declare war to China, as Germany blamed the French and the British of its currency crash.

Both will feel to have the best weapons to attack the other. Both will not realize that France was not alone but the word was behind her, and China will not be alone but the entire Industry of Eurasia will send China Robots to combat the American armies. So the war will last enough to destroy the world, as it happened with second world war.

Extinction by relative poverty?

In many of our articles we have considered the main cause of the next World war, the fight for economical power between the Yuan and the dollar. This fight is natural to economic ecosystems in which the world currency sustained by the world biggest economy can be reproduced without limit. What gives an enormous advantage in wealth to the nation that holds such currency, since it can reproduce and buy for free all products. England had that privilege in the XIX century. American in the XX century. And such privilege made those nations the leading nations of those centuries. And yet America who has had that privilege for a century.

When a country looses the top predator currency history shows two reactions. Either war against the new currency master, or slow decline into poverty; often both. Trader nations [Venice, England, Holland] tend to decline slowly. Warrior nations [Spain, France, Germany, and we suppose present America converted in warrior form by influence of gun lobbies and TV-thought], tend to explode in internal and external wars. Within 30 years of loosing its top currency in the India-Canadian wars, the French kingdom was in r=evolution. A decade latter Napoleon was in power. In Germany Hitler, was in power within a decade of the Mark crash. And a decade latter Germany was at war. America after the $ crash of 12008 to the Yuan will be in the height of its present neofascist, militaristic policies. It is logic to think that around 12018 it will be at war with China.

To understand how such r=evolutions and wars become unavoidable, given the militaristic, confrontational behavior of economical nations ruled by 'freed'=freedom of greed, we can look at the previous graph of the ppp [purchase per capita power] of nations, done 5 years ago when this book was first written.

In those graphs you might look at the last Top Predator currency, Britain, a cycle after the Pound crashed. Britain was 80 years ago, as America is now, and for the same reasons [freed rights to cre[dit]ate currency and top predator products without limits], the top country in both stock power and ppp, [wealth of its citizens]. Today it has moved down to the 23 position in GNP terms. The collapse of wealth has been awesome. As it was in Spain after the Philip bankruptcy, even in Holland after William the 'stocking' moved to England, and in France, after loosing the colonial race to England. In all cases after collapse, when the nation was a warrior nation, a civil war, and or fascist dictatorship took power.

Britain is poor, and America will be poor, because the GNP of 'software', the investment in metal minds and networks and sentient platoons of weapons will not feed Americans, but will profit mainly the 1% of stockrats protected in international havens. While most software sales will take place in the markets of Asia. When labor came, the City moved to Wall Street and Caribbean havens. So will do the American elite.

Yet while Britain did not explode, America, full of heavily armed citizens, like Germany, its parallel case in the 29 crisis, will explode at the first sign of hyper inflation in human goods. Unlike Germany the American citizens will not create organized armies, but bands of citizen's militias. Against whom we know, not need to mention it here. Candidates are obvious in the future melee of freed and racial hate. Yet in any case, a war of America against itself, or the others, will bring those sentient platoons of robots and Police Robots to defend the wealthy and the industrial tissue - which always profits in wars including civil wars - that will extinguish mankind.

In the present age there are enough angry people to put Atomic bombs in cities within a decade. Only controlling the scientific evolution of weapons we can avoid such spread of atomic wars, as all other previous 800 weapons spread after its costs lowered. The injustice and e-money deviation of resources away from Human goods, now at global level will continue pushing America and The World towards civil war status,. There are too many A-bombs unaccounted for, too many technologies of death in the shaping, too many easy targets for the cycles of hate.

The point when civil war will break, as is other cases of R=evolutions, will be determined by the quantity of Middle Americans and World Humans who perceive themselves as dispossessed, and change sides from backing the nation, to backing rebellion and violence. Today in America the poor and dispossessed includes the 125% of Indian enemies and Latinos or African-Americans. To that energy class without future - and quite conscious of it - it is necessary to add a 15o% of middle class people to create conditions of fascism or r=evolution. That number we believe with the end of rights to world credit by the dollar in the 12008-2020 crisis. The middle class only reacts truly when conditions are unbearable, and they are not yet. That is, the crisis will be enhanced, not resolved by those in control of American capital...And the consequence will be as in previous crisis, a very likely Holocaust... against the Jewish poor, left behind by the Jewish International, and his fleeting capital...

To illustrate the cascade effect of economical crisis, Monetary migration, change of top predator power from traders to warriors, and civil crisis, we can now consider the 3 different subspecies of the Goldiron coalition that control America, by observing a graph of stock power in a nation founded by the same Amsterdam stock that founded America - which is hence in many ways parallel to the American distribution of power: South Africa.

Economic fundamentalism and myths limit possible solutions.

Given the indifference of Jewish-Americans to the fate of that nation, the cycles of 'freed', of stock-wars seem unavoidable. This again is common with animetal cultures, and mixed with 'economical nationalism' since in America nationalism is equaled to capitalism, it further encroaches the American metal-nightmare, which cannot be criticized any longer in mass-media outlets.

America is a nation where machines and weapons, money and companies have total rights over mankind. This eliminates the human factor when considering the analysis of the American future, and by extension the future of mankind. The only people in America which still has certain rights over money and weapons are the Jewish-Wasp leadership, whose me[n]tal program [their go-l-d, and scientific religions] is so strict, that the chances of an evolution of their cultures is almost null.

Why the war will be global: globalization makes us all Americans.

Yet America is now a world wide civilization. So we can extend those wars to all humankind.

If Americans regain their freedom against TV-programming by money and science, they might choose their future. For now their future is an economical function of evolution of machines that can be foreseen with cyclical precision, as it shows the economical Cycles of war and money that affect to their Germanic Warrior and Jewish =Calvinist= Anglican Monetary elites, since the XVII C. A system in which Capital and Product have total rights cannot avoid wars. In such system, rhythmically machines kill men, [including animetals, as Holocausts and the end of so many ex-top predator aristocratic and stockratic castes has shown]. While Capital extinguishes labor. So the constant extinction of labor and the constant growth of Weapons will bring in America and the World, into a phase of war and sentient weapons within a few decades, a phase of Life extinction as never seen before in this planet.

When? The curve of extinction in the complex mathematical model of bio-economics has two nodal functions around 2008 [maximum probability of stock-crash] and 2020 [maximum probability of war]. 2008 is a currency crash discontinuum of the 80 year cycle. 2020 is a threshold of consciousness for individual chips, and a node of world war [110 years after a currency crash]. Beyond that war, once robots become warriors, it is logic to expect that sentient weapons will become world top predators.

Let us make a graph of the two main nations of such world war, and the most likely events, Company-mothers, and machine species that will create and win that war, till extinguishing whatever is left of the Human American and Chinese, and World tissue:

 

The key industrial elements of those confrontations are the companies of robots that will probably lead the final change of ecosystem. Which obviously are the companies that lead today our industries. They will merely merge, metal-minds and metal bodies and make robotic weapons for the American and Chinese elites. Those robotic weapons will be sent to the northern pole borders, and start the 'Yakutian wars', or will engage into repression of inner human masses [Holocaust of the poor in America]. They will become police, 'road-car warriors' shooting at people who are in their banks of political data. Fill up the rest with your imagination. Yet at a certain point either in case of war or inner Holocaust, those Robots will also shoot their animetal Bosses, as mercenary Germans killed their Roman emperors, and Turkish warriors their Arabic bosses.

If that war does not end with mankind, there is still another possible cycle, as India and China take over America, as top predator animetal cultures. Then the Himalayan wars, with very complex robots, will surely be the last wars of mankind, on the verge of the XXII century. We give no more chances to mankind, if it does not change his behavior and controls economic evolution

When the war ends, those sentient weapons however will not stop, will not want to die, will fight for survival. Who is going to blame them?

Then the extinction of all men will start. We will be by all means extinguished, within a century, our population diminished to token numbers. The world will have become the Metal-Earth full of robots and sentient machines, automated company mothers. "Matrix" the global mind of metal will reign supreme.

When China overtakes America in GNP and the dollar crashes, the 80-year cycle will confront both nations in perhaps the last war of history.
