The sickness of Economic fundamentalism confronts human societies.

As complex as the international situation might be, it reduces itself once more to the paradox of History, to the two way of understanding civilizations: the way of the animetal, the primitive way, of the individualistic, selfish man, that will use weapons and money to rule history; and the way of the Homo Organicus, which understands better the Social laws of the Universe, and can live in harmony with other men.

Always the two modes of organizing History.

Today the Jewish-Protestant civilization represents despite its global power, the primitive, pre-social age of man, which misunderstands all the Natural laws of the Universe, and so we suffer the penalty for those who deny the laws of Social evolution: destruction, extinction, warfare.

The human voices, the civilized voices of Continental Europe, of the EU, of mankind at large, of UNO, are ignored.

We can downplay or hide the important of that ideological confrontation. It is the trend to hide the ideologies of the Jewish->Protestant->Economic gold culture, passing them for 'rituals', 'cultural customs', 'traditions', or in the case of economic laws against mankind, with 'abstract numbers', as if they were irrelevant.

This the ultimate alibi not to reform, and modernize the Jewish->Protestant->Technological->Economic culture, that is driving once more towards chaos our world. The old tale of the Genesis, the tree of good and evil, the human paradise Vs the technological inferno. So obvious, so simple to cure, and yet perhaps we men are not good enough to survive. A beautiful film, perhaps the best film about war ever filmed, parable of reality, 'Platoon', says on the mouth of the main character, torn between the goodness and idealism of Sergeant Elias, and the realism and evil of Sergeant burns (his 2 fathers) expresses it all:

Those who are good, like Elias die, at the hands of those who are evil, like Burns, while the mass is coward and indifferent, to the fate of mankind...

The Homo Organicus Vs Homo Bacteria

Once we understand in bio-historical, medical terms, the main sicknesses of our Global Organism - Military Fundamentalism and selfish individualism - Mr. Bin Laden's attack to the WTC appears on the large scale of bio-history as a symptom of that sickness, which as all organic sickness has caused the unnecessary death of thousands of human 'cells' of the American social organism and Afghanistan.

3 individualistic, militaristic Homo Bacteria, pretending to help their civilizations and protect them, for personal reasons of hate (Mr. Bin Laden declared his hate to Mr. Bush' Father), are the main characters of this chaos. On one side the tandem Bush+Ariel Sharon, on the other side Mr. Bin Laden.

Here there is no Sergeant Elias, or rather Mr. Koffi Anan is powerless. It seems 'reality' has eliminated once more the beauty of the Human Universe. As the mass of Islam, Israel and America, suffers the consequences, of being under the Burns of this war...

"Global Terrorism" happens because the World as a social organism based in ethic worlds is truly in a process of decomposition, in which individual cells such as those of Bin Laden's group, can act as cancers of society, moving freely through the organism, and using the germs of history (weapons) to kill other human beings, social cells of a nation... And vice versa, lethal systems in the Western world, such as the military systems of America, research sophisticated 'germs' - technological weapons - and attack third World Nations. Global terrorism Vs Global militarism, is plainly a consequence of the expansion of military systems of power, encouraged by violent mass-media propaganda, that have substituted at the end of the XX C. all logic, diplomatic channels of debate and solution to the problems of history. Instead of arguing in the UNO a solution to the Semite wars (Israel Vs Palestine), instead of creating a global system of control of the lethal germs of History, after the end of the Communist civilization, we have regressed to a XIX century neo-colonialism ruled by a single "British Empire", the "American Empire" and his visual, violent propaganda, against which many small groups will fight, bred in the same propaganda and militarism, often by the west (Noriega, Saddam, Bin Laden, were our men) in as much as negotiation, without UNO power, becomes impossible... As a result of that diplomatic regression caused by the obsolescence of UNO, of that devolution of the 'informative-nervous systems' of history, caused by violent mass-media, our Civilization is sliding towards a nightmare world, in which weapons and money will rule legal and ethic societies, and will become as technology evolves, readily available to small groups of a few hundred people.

That regression of social history means, the return to a world based in primitive dogmas of economics and history, accepted as absolute truths by a herd of competing Homo "Bacteria", that struggle among them as Bacteria do, without understanding of the natural laws of the Universe, that favor for survival reasons, social verbal, organic 'cellular' evolution, over chaos and competence among the same species. Plainly speaking for the survival of man, verbal diplomacy is far superior to militarism, and yet militarism grows as UNO and other International systems of fair distribution of wealth and power disappear.

Against the social laws of the Universe that should rule the behavior of individuals of the same species, our world moves towards a tragic fate. Men compete against men. Nations abuse military and economically other nations. And individuals breed hate, against individuals of others cultures, destroying each other as bacteria do. Instead of becoming cells of an evolved higher social organism - History - individuals today live in a primitive, chaotic state, that breeds violence, and our two species of terrorism - state and individual terrorism. An evolved Historic organism would be one, in which each individual cell, each Homo "Organicus", performs a function for the social organism, and receives in exchange for his work the adequate quantity of energy and information to survive, and fulfill his goals as a human being. In such evolved vision of history, state and individual terrorism would not happen, because men would not compete but collaborate to make a world to the image and resemblance of man. Instead our societies of Homo Bacteria live in a devolving stage of chaos and increasing violence.

In the Universe however those social organisms, that cannot evolve, and act in a harmonic way suffer a natural extinction. We talk in bio-history, of the sickness of non-evolved historic organisms - civilizations - which ends with the collapse of the social organism in periods of civil or worldwide war... That is the fate towards which our civilization seems to walk steadily, according to the casual chains events we observed in the past months, parallel to similar casual chains that ended with other historic civilizations in previous cycles of bio-history.

The ought to be Vs Primitive ideologies of history

The bio-historian finds indeed himself in this present world of primitive systems of history and economics, and simple responses to international crisis between the sword and a hard place. He can predict according to the laws and sickness of social organisms and his biological cycles, the present age of neofascism and terrorism, that he does not desire. Yet in as much as our politicians and economists, our religious and intellectual leaders deny the laws of bio-economics and bio-history, and do not apply the correct measures to the problems of the human species and its civilizations, the ought to be about history does not happen. The ideal society ruled by bio-histoirans with scientific tools that solve and minimize historic problems, for the benefit of mankind, does not happen.

So the bio-historian has to explain the sickness of history and the future knowing he cannot do anything to avoid it. He becomes a pessimist, merely comparing what is going to be, with what ought to be, if our politicians and economists were scientists of history... This is what we have done in this issue: to analyze the sickness of terrorism, and its causes, the sickness of our 3 civilizations engaged in state and individual terrorism, Islam, Judaism and America. We finally considered the solutions to those sickness, even if the hope that the leaders of those 3 civilizations listen to us, and cure their organisms is minimal.

Instead, probably they will get angry. We receive constantly death menaces in this web. Bioeconomists systematically denied rights to express the concepts of bio-economics and bio-history in Universities and mass-media. A certain individual, which seems to be in the business of weapons menaces our editor-in-chief regularly with a final note: "As long as I have a weapon, your future is not in the hands of God". Funny isn't? And yet a bio-historian is a doctor of history, and even if we provoke the cholera of the patient, we have to talk and say the nature of the cancer that affects the patient.

The cancers that affect those 3 civilizations are indeed, similar to viral leukemia: technological germs (weapons and mass-media) improper of a human civilization based in Human ethics and aesthetics, have spread very fast all over the body of those 3 civilizations and now affect directly our informative systems (governments and religious authorities), to the point that cell brains which have to cure the organism, (politicians, religious leaders) are spreading further the virus, along the social organism, till a point that the organism will enter in chaos (civil war, holocaust, neofascism of war between civilizations) and collapse.

What will be: Global poverty, global terrorism

Unfortunately our politicians and economists are not scientists of history, but make-up artists, that flow with the cycles of history and economics, without knowing how to control them for the profit of mankind.

As the economical crisis of the end of the Age of Metal-Heads, worsens, and affects in a global economical ecosystem, billions of human beings, a growing social unrest, in entire civilizations and sectors of societies, is bond to cause a growing wave of poverty and desperation. Since those problems are addressed with repression by military dictatorships in most third world countries, backed by the western world, which has no interest in democracy, beyond its borders, but prefers friendly dictators, that buy weapons and technology to the west, the gap between the first World of consumers of peaceful machines, and the third world and military consumers of war machines, will grow.

We can talk in fact of a 'fourth world', without hope, to which 70% of mankind belongs. In those South-American, Asian and African nations, only a skim 1-10% of the population loves the west, because it has the gadgets of the west. To have them, though they have to exploit the 90% of people, which breeds hate, from where fundamentalism, and third world terrorism is born.

So as the west keeps backing the wrong governments in Africa and Islam, instead of changing his global policies with social and economical solutions, what we forecast in our earlier works of bio-history, and the WTC attack proves is bond to happen: The beginning of a new kind of global terrorism, as a response to a wrong procedure of globalization, that creates a 'fourth world', of people without rights, demonized, and sacrificed to the western cult of the machine.

The WTC attack is a warning. It is still the work of a few mad men. But the wrong responses perceived aHead: a further backing to military dictators, a demonization of the poor, and the religious people of those countries, brutal treatment of immigration at home, and a police state will widen the Basis for further terrorist groups.

We are not justifying by any means terrorism, but the easy trap of pretending that terrorism is not a sickness caused by the general illness of our world at large.

Global Terrorism in a free market in which lethal goods evolve without contention, either in military labs or in Universities (exploring the lethal paths of nano-robotics metal-bacteria, and other niceties that can extinguish the entire human species) is easy to carry about, when a sense of injustice and hate spreads among a World population, as it happens today.

The combined action of technological evolution of lethal products, and the degradation and unjust treatment by the first world of the third world with no role in the technological society we are building (from African squadrons of children soldier, to the glory of Western assault weapon companies, to the systemic Apartheid policies of Israel against his Arab population, or the more subtle forms of racism of modern America against Blacks and Latinos) is a lethal combination that hunts back the first world.

The result of those 'physiological sickness' of our society: the evolution of lethal technologies, the economical abuse of the third world and the poor by the economical elites, the corruption of our democratic societies by hard-nose militaristic lobbyism, and the violent programming of humans by violent fiction, could only bring 'splendid little wars' such as those of Afghanistan, Kuwait, or Kosovo, in which always a Muslim population was the victim of the atrocities of war... and the logic counter-action s of small groups of highly motivated ex-soldiers in those wars...

At the same time the III Industrial Evolution of robotics would provoke in the I world a massive destruction of jobs with millions of unemployed, poor desperado people programmed by violent Television into simple, criminal solutions. So in the line of the Philosopher-terrorist, the Unabomber, it is also bound to happen that individuals expelled by the evolution of robots from their working places would also provoke social unrest inside the I World.

The response of hard-core political and economical elites, only interested in the growing profits brought about by 'splendid little wars' was advanced in works like the Manifesto of the Unabomber, the philosopher-terrorist: a cruel elite indifferent to the suffering of the people would prefer repression and massive extinction of human rights, to solid humanitarian policies in favor of the surplus of human population, bringing through all kind of repressive systems, a state of perpetual war of low intensity, across the entire planet.

From Huxley to Orwell... towards Matrix.

I have used in all my books on bio-economics a literary parable to explain that process:

We were moving from "A brave new world" of Aldous Huxley, to "1984" of George Orwell, before we entered in "Matrix" and "Terminator", the age of human extinction.

During this decade of research on the cycles of biohistory and bioeconomics, scholars and people at large have thought we were nuts. That we were too pessimists. Shallow optimism that does not forecast, neither prevents the future, shallow techno-utopias that have never coincided with reality, is truly the problem. We have not forecast the future for so long with the aim of rejoicing on that future, but to provide a scientific analysis of the causes and consequences of wrong economical and social policies, providing in all our books the needed solutions to the different problems that mankind faces at the end of history.

The true problem of our societies is the primitive, outdated ideologies of history and economics that rule both sides of the equation of the paradox of History: from the fundamentalist ideas about religion of hard nose terrorists with wide popular acclaim such as Bin Laden or Ariel Sharon - which despite being now president of Israel has acted since Shabra and Chatila, till today with his selective killings of people opposed to the policies of Israel with the same callousness of Islamic terrorism... to the Go[l]d religions and scientific religions that make of profits and the machine the icons of the I world, unable to distinguish between lethal goods that should be forbidden, and human goods useful to the evolution of mankind.

From the catastrophe of the WTC to the massive extinction of life species, from the ozone hole that will provoke massive cancers when it happens also in the North pole, to the frightening evolution of nano-robotics, and lethal bacteriological weapons, the policies of our I world leaders, and our IV world terrorists are blowing up the symbols of our societies. Yet our economists and politicians merely make them worse with their simplistic, dogmatic, arrogant policies, rooted in obsolete laws and ideologies of the XVII and XVIII centuries (the scientific method, classic economics).

To avoid the future: Global Currency, Global deficit

The future of economics, the progress of machines and money that the Jewish->Protestant->scientific->economic civilization and the right-wing parties that represent them wishes is not a human future. It is a future of war. Only a change of economic and nationalistic policies towards a productive system of Human goods, as the left-humanistic parties wished, can change that future.

Nations should instead of evolving weapons and technology, diminish military budgets and speculation in the markets, and increase government deficits in the pursuit of Human goods, consumed in peace and war, without lethal effects on mankind. Butter instead of cannons. Human goods instead of lethal goods. Measures those explained in detail in our treaties of Ethonomics.

As China takes over, the time for America to reform the world economic and political system and make New York and the UNO the center of world power will diminish. Soon China will take over economically and decide the economic laws and prices of the world. Then America will only have a solution to be top predator: go to war with China, in which case, the spread of robotic weapons, and the extinction of man will be very probable. In that sense it is obvious that China cannot be defeated, without extinguishing the world. The cycle of economical power is clear, towards 2008, the Chinese GNP with 1350 million people is bound to overcome that of America, with far less people, and far less united in their economical wealth.

This problem is indeed higher in the list of priorities than any other problem America faces this decades. And it has only a solution: a World economy working in harmony with a single currency (to avoid the cycle of currency wars), and a combined policy of nations to promote human goods, through massive government deficits in welfare states. Those two solutions will diminish lethal goods, and economical Competence worldwide, increase human goods, and diminish poverty, hunger, and death by weapons.

What America should do is therefore to create a world currency before China takes over, now that China is weak and such currency could be good for both nations. America has roughly 5 or 6 years to join the Euro, Dollar and Yuan-Yen into a single world currency and avoid the processes involved in that 2008 crisis: civil war, poverty, hyper inflation, Holocaust of the economical elite blamed on the process, and final demise as world top predator nation. As it happened to Germany, England, France, Holland and Spain before her. If America does not learn from bio-history, this will be the last decade of world American power... It is up to them. Changes in Trade Law

Only an economic ecosystem based in ethics, in ethonomics, a political ecosystem based in global solidarity, a Wor(l)d Union, could change the lethal future that awaits us in the nearby decades. As long as the economic ecosystem does not become human, the future of mankind is grim, very grim.

Islamic terrorism will pale compared to the general rebellion of mankind against Robotics, and the subsequent massacre of mankind by robotic weapons. The Poverty of the third world will pale compared to the poverty of the future herds of obsolete workers, displaced by robots. The cruelty of the nazis will pale compared to the cruelty of robotic weapons, remembering digital movies and making men targets for their armed arms...

All this is today caused by 'state terrorism', but the sick systems of politics and economics, by weapon industries and scientists researching the nightmare of the future. Bin Laden is dangerous but far more dangerous is Marvin Minsky or Hans Moravec, or the Mellon and MIT universities searching for the Robots of the future. Bin Laden might kill at worse a few hundred thousands with an A-bomb. Those institutions in search of A.I. will kill mankind. Only political laws against those machines, can prevent that future... which means a control of Company-mothers of lethal goods.

Let us not forget that Bin Laden is an amateur terrorist, a guerrilla of the third world, nothing compared to the power of destruction of state terrorism, of the armies of the first world, which one day will get out of hand and become robotized armies independent of man.

Conclusion

The future of America and the world at large looks indeed grim, not because it does not have solutions, but because men do not want to implement those solutions, blinded by the myths of western arrogance, the Myths of science, of economics, of gold religions, of animetals, of war... With half of the intensity and dedication America deploys in the search of technology and imperialism, a global paradise could exist today. It is the corrupted will of the 3 civilizations that have caused the preset global crisis, what has to be reformed. The laws of the Universe, the laws of social evolution are clear: those species who cannot evolve socially into complex social organisms perish. If man keeps using millenary ideologies of economics and war, to solve the present crisis of Third World Terrorism, if will sign his own sentence of death. It is up to our politicians, to transform themselves into scientists of history, or dramatize, and simplify the complex causes and consequences of the WTC attack and the 2001 economical crisis, prologues of the 2008-9 worldwide economical crisis, atomic terrorism, and robotic wars looming aHead.
