THE HUMAN CONSTITUTION: A HEALTHY HISTORIC ORGANISM

The Human Constitution. The Law of survival of the Organism of Mankind.
Today, a single ideology based on machine-ideologies [right-wing=metal economics] rules the behavior of all economical and political parties, either left or wing, socialist or capitalist, communist or religious parties. We have studied how such aberration against the survival of man has happened during the historic past.
Could this trend be reversed? Could at least those parties who used to fight for mankind [religious parties, socialist parties, and the so called left-parties] return to their initial policies?
Could they learn bio-economics and ignore the ideologies of machines and capital, that have converted the world in a big Market where machines are evolved by consumers and reproduced by companies?
Could politicians and economists become doctors of history?
This could be possible if two conditions take place:
The creation of a unified economical, pro-human program of behavior, in all those political parties, economical institutions and religious organizations concerned with the survival and welfare of mankind, able to create Human Goods.
A parallel unification of political, scientific, economic, and military organizations, at global level, to fight lethal machines, specially the robotic radiation.
We can resume that dual goal in a simple biological equation, that we shall call the Human Constitution:
Maximize Human Goods [Economic ministry] = Min. Lethal goods [ministry of defense].
The constitution of a healthy body of History, developed by a healthy World Political Union, and implemented by healthy Economic and military systems of government.
Since only an economical policy based in human goods, could favor the survival of History.
The equivalent eco[nomic]system
We are not God. We cannot choose the Laws of the Universe. There are certain absolute truths superior to freedom such as survival that cannot be denied. You do not choose to eat poison. If you were a child, your parents would prevent you from taking poison. They will not give you such free choice. In the same manner, humanity, a child of thought, should know the products that poison History, and avoid them. Man should implement an eco[nomic]system that does not reproduce the metal -poisons of history. Economists and politicians should be the doctors of History, and control the creation of species in the Earth in favor of mankind.
Yet how can we achieve this goal in a practical manner? We should use the language of money, and the laws of societies, with a clear aim: to multiply human goods and to diminish, lethal metal goods.
We call that goal of human societies the "human constitution," since if we obey that simple law of Survival, mankind could "constitute" a healthy body of History, harmonic and without danger of extinction.
The Human Constitution
Let's consider a verbal and mathematical expression of the Human Constitution. The Human Constitution is the law of survival of mankind which in a Darwinian Universe is chained to the extinction of a rival species, metalife, which is fighting with us for the same ecosystem.
The constitution is in that sense dual: it implies the extinction of metal-species of information and energy of higher complexity than man, and the multiplication of human goods that favor our survival. We could write it as a biological equation, or Darwinian opposition between rival species: Maximum Human evolution = Minimal Metal evolution = Maximum Metal Extinction.
In the graph the two sides of the Human Constitution: both the bodies of Machines (Metal-goods) and the language of Machines (Digital Languages) have to be simplified to a level of complexity inferior to man [before their evolutionary threshold of IIWW], so man can again be the Top Predator of the Earth.
The human constitution is the law of survival of the Carbo-Earth ecosystem.
It is a fact that such ecosystems cannot survive the III Industrial r=evolution. So unless chipped machines are maintained under a level of evolution inferior to that of human minds – and we can argue that for practical effects, that limit is the chip itself discovered in 1972, when the decadence of human social organisms started in earnest – history will become extinct.
To avoid that extinction, the human constitution should guide the decisions of our leaders and entrepreneurs – in as much as survival is more important than profits.
Our entrepreneurs should understand that.
The human constitution should guide humans in charge of metal evolution [company-men] and human evolution [politicians, and religious organizations].
Man might ignore our constitution as a species and push extinction closer. We might obey it, and survive. It is not my dictum, but the dictum of evolutionary theory, the only theory validated by most sciences and events of the Universe. The Human Constitution is clear. Yet how can we be so sure of the extinction of man by machines, to affirm categorically the Human Constitution? We can not. We do not affirm we have the absolute truth, but the probable truth dictated by biological sciences. In a world of partial information, truths are always relative probabilities, used by models of reality. However, the "goal" of all species is to survive, so species take decisions on probable truths. The gazelle cannot wait to see if the lion is going to eat her. That is suicidal. She has to run because she has seen other lions eating gazelles. We have already seen weapons killing man in many wars. So man cannot wait to see if robotic Weapons kill man, and conquer our organic space. Economists today behave like young gazelles, as if the total experience of biological and human history were worthless; as if they had never seen species preying on other species. Scientists are not fit to survive in this Universe. They won't survive. They will drag all humanity into extinction. The Universe has its own rules of survival. Those who do not obey those rules become extinct.
Back to the past: the limits of human survival in the human constitution.
The very same biological definition of a constitution imposes evolutionary limits to machines. A biological, healthy ecosystem, is an ecosystem in which the top predator species is the more complex, both in informative and reproductive terms. What implies that if man wants to keep the position of top predator in this planet, he has to control the evolution and reproduction of machines. In that sense the constitution explains and imposes those limits:
"A Constitution=Law of Survival of an organism, in History the organism of human species=God, is a set of limits to lethal, informative, reproductive and energetic behavior, based on the Evolutionary laws of the Universe, that maximize the survival of the organic cells."
The Human Constitution: Limits of Evolution of machines.
A total threshold of survival for man is 1602, the age in which companies and science started. Even though we cannot return to that age, a good guide for the goals of our World Union is the Italian Renaissance, the culture based on Human Goods, art and religious power that dominated mankind just before companies arrived. Their ideals were more human, and with less metal deformation than our civilization. Still today many consider it the greatest period of human culture.
For practical reasons we will consider the age of digital chips which started around 1972 the closest limit of human survival the political and economical goal of a World Union.
The minimal date of devolution of metal-species to ensure human survival, 1972, is back to the age previous to LSI circuits, color TV, and satellite networks. In military technology a desirable limit is the second WW before the Atomic Age. Those dates caused a jump of complexity in Metal minds and weapons that made obsolete human minds and bodies. Human devolution in bodies [by wars] and Verbal Minds [by digital images and mathematical prices] has accelerated, ever since those products were discovered. Verbal standards keep dropping as people watch more television. While A-Bombs meant for the first time since the birth of Man, a growing probability of total carbolife extinction. With the arrival of chips, applied to all kind of hunting machines [from fishing boats to weapons that erase all kind of species] the process of obsolescence of human minds, and carbolife bodies has reached exponential nature. Now the decision of Human extinction can be potentially taken by chips, a species alien to carbolife. In the nearby future, Artificial Intelligence will make that decision much more probable. Since alien species have no "ethical mandate" for the extinction of other species, and metalife needs not water and, or carbolife energy to exist.
