THE GAME OF EXISTENCE: TO BE OR NOT TO BE

 The fundamental laws of the Universe are spatial, geometrical laws, suit to describe the how of its quantic species and biological, organic Laws, that explain the why of all organisms and network systems that want to exist and follow consciously or in a vegetative, mechanic way a behavior that maximizes their existence. Or else they disappear from the Universe, becoming extinct and reinforcing that law. Both kind of behaviors are closely related as an efficient balanced morphology between the energy 'bodies' and ínformative systems of the organism will facilitate its survival. Hence mathematics and biology, the geometrical and logic laws of the Universe are intimately related. They are the 2 sides of reality and one cannot exist without the other..

The biological Universe. The game of Existence.

Micro-organisms and macro-organisms Exist, under similar rules of behavior and form, rules of biological nature that express themselves also in the efficiency of the biological morphology of those species. Hence forms without a morphological, efficient nature, from mutations to unstable particles, do not survive in the geometrical, biological Universe.

The Universe is a organic system, composed of infinite micro-organism, which reproduce the properties of the Universal Organism at smaller scales. So atoms repeat the forms and handle the same forces than galaxies. Human cells have the same feeding and informative patterns regardless of the species. Human organisms are put together by networks of information called nervous systems; so do cultures, human social organisms organized, by networks of verbal information (laws, ethics)... So if we consider all those common properties of species, we can build a simple theory of Universal Organisms, that explains all the scales of reality, all the species of the Universe, as homologic organisms of energy and information, which play a homologic organic game, that we might call the Game of Existence.

The Universal mandate. The rules of the game.

Organisms try to feed on energy and perceive information. That is the reason of Organisms. The mandate of God=The Universe: "to Exist" really means 'feed and inform'. It is the key to the behavior of Organisms, of species. Yet that is after all a tautology, because the Universe has only those two substances, that we might call temporal information and spatial energy. So what God was saying to his creatures was: Be part of the Universe, use up the two substances in which I have divided reality, to inform yourself, to "grow and multiply". A very simple Mandate, that obliged you to move in search of information and energy to keep playing. The will of Organisms is that desire to cycle eternally, to exist for ever, to feed and perceive and reproduce your cycles of existence. To be organic.

The key to understand Reality is a simple sentence:

"You do not exist in space and time, but you are made of cells of space and time, of quanta of space, called energy, and quanta of time, called cycles of information".

So the properties that you possess in your body of energy and your brain of information do not come from the special nature of man, but from the universal nature of your quanta of space, and your quanta of time.
Your properties are those of the ultimate substances of Reality, spatial energy and temporal information.
You exist as such with only two arrows, the arrow of temporal information, and the arrow of spatial energy.
Any event or action thus starts in the Universe, with the interchange of Energy and Information, the two components of the Universe.
All species in the Universe interchange dynamically energy and information. We call that capacity of Organisms to interchange energy and information, to communicate, translate and reproduce forms across the Universe, the 4 arrows of Existence.

Biologists have come to the conclusion that most living species spend their lives searching for those 4 organic arrows. They try to feed on energy, they try to perceive information. They try to communicate and reproduce... And they gather through communication into social groups, or organisms.
When you see a TV, a movie, or read a book, you are perceiving information.
When you work or feed, you are obtaining energy to take care of your organic needs.
When you love or have sex, you are taking care of your third organic arrow: reproduction.
When you live in a society, that organizes itself to achieve those goals, you are evolving into a social organism.
The same happens with a lion that hunts for food, observes the savanna, loves his lioness, and socializes in a group to achieve those goals easier. The differences between him and you are in the details - for example, what kind of energy and information you process - but not in the quality of the process.
Both, the lion and you are moved by one of the 4 arrows of organicism: Feeding on energy, Perceiving information, Reproducing your information and energy in other place of the Universe; and gathering in social groups and organisms created with similar individuals that try to achieve those common goals.

If you ask me which of those 4 arrows is more important, i would say the last one, the fact that once organisms have fed, and informed themselves and reproduced they come together in social herds, that create new organisms.

Without that arrow of social evolution the universe would be flat made of simple electrons. Thanks to social herds the Universe is as rich in levels as it is. The most amazing, unifying property of the Universe is this: forms that are similar come together in herds, of all sizes and structures. It does not matter what we talk about atoms, that becomes molecules, stars that become galaxies, men that become audiences. Herds are every where and as they gather they follow similar patterns, in formation, functionality performed by each part of the herd, properties and relationships between the cells of the herd, etc.

In this manner we can create a new vision of the Universe in organic terms, describing all its species as herds with homogeneous properties.

The result of such Game of Existence is a organic Universe, in which species fight for survival, using similar strategies in all scales of reality. And those who commit errors or ignore the rules of the game become extinct.

The first of those strategies is the affinity of all species of the Universe, in space (herds of similar form come together and organize themselves into herds more powerful than individuals.) The strategy of social evolution is thus fundamental to understand the existence of all kind of herds, from atomic herds to galaxies.

The second of those strategies is the affinity of all species of the Universe, in time (forms repeat themselves in the past and in the future, through processes of reproduction). The result of those strategies is a organic Universe, in which all kind of species reproduce and then gather together in herds of similar genetic nature, and create societies, bigger herds with similar properties to those of the smaller herds, is a organic Universe, a biological Universe, and a symmetric Universe, a Universe that can be counted as herds are groups, and groups are numbers...

What those strategies mean also is that in any scale of the Universe, in small worlds of atoms, or big worlds of galaxies, we find similar Games of Existence. We find similar Universal organisms playing the game of existence. So galaxies resemble atoms, and men's behavior in society resembles the behavior of cells.

Abstract Science has been very good describing "the Universe in space", the strategies of social Evolution that create masses, herds and spatial numbers. This is so, because science - excessively dogmatic about the scientific method, as the only system of truth, which is not - uses geometry, a spatial language latter converted into mathematics, to understand reality.

Yet the record of the scientific method, a religion of mathematics, in finding and explaining "the Universe in Time", the behavioral, organic properties of Universal organisms, such as Reproduction, extinction, or survival, in other words "Change", is limited. Since mathematics are a limited language for such endevour. Words which use temporal cathegories such as past, present and future, existence or extinction, are far better for that task. Hence the best theories we have about the reasons of extinction and existence, of reproduction and death, are verbal theories: Theories of evolution, and philosophical theories, including religions. We can talk in that sense of the "Logic of Change" (Eastern philosophies), the "Logic of Evolution" (Western biology); "the Thoughts of God", (Western religion), or "The Laws of Science", as synonimous jargons that fusion together explain us a certain "Game of Existence", a reproductive game, so well explained by the simple sentence, "grow and multiply", the the bio-logic mandate that rules they why and how we exist in space and time:

We could say then that the biological Universe exists as a constant game of 'biological, reproductive radiations' of species, composed of quanta of spatial energy and temporal information, put together into organs (Bodies of energy,minds of information). Species with better information and energy organs survive. And species with lesser information and energy organs, become extinct. They are unstable particles and compounds, in abstract jargon, of chemistry and physics. Or mutations that do not survive in biology. Or dreams that cannot be made real in the world of informative thoughts. Or non-efficient products extinct in the informative ecosystem of prices. Or human tribes that belong to societies, that are ill organized...

Yet those species who are efficient will repeat their energy and information, reproducing, and as they reproduce, they will become herds, and waves, that will require energy and information to survive. As information and energy becomes scarce, those cellular herds will become organized by systems of distribution of energy and information called networks. So through a series of phases of organic evolution, individual species become families, herds, ecosystems, and finally tight organisms.
In this manner there is a constant evolution towards more complex herds, with better informative languages of communication, and energy networks, in each "parallel Universe" of different size and perceptive range.

Science is good to explain the how we exist in space, Philosophy the why we exist in time. We put both concepts together, to give you a vision of why all what exists exists in time and space as a living organism, guided by the simple laws of organicism and social evolution.

In that sense mathematical science is excellent to describe the details of the Universe, but fails to grasp "The thoughts of God", that are behind the creative and extinctive processes of the Universe. This gap between our understanding of the details of the Universe, and our comprehension on the general principles that rule reality has a lot to do with the limits of Mathematics as a language. As a result of those limits, mathematical science has hardly gone in the solution of the mysteries of God and the Universe, beyond the basic findings of earlier quests for knowledge made by Eastern religions, and Western philosophers.

The first of those mysteries is of course the ultimate nature of the Universe, as a "living organism" which has as Plato put it, "a body", the "Universe in space", that we perceive with our visual senses; and "a mind", the "Universe in Time", that changes and modifies itself, destroying certain parts, and creating others, with a logic behavior that we perceive with verbal, temporal words. We will show you in this pages how in fact we can compare the structure and behavior of that Universe and its parts with a living organism, when instead of simplifying all the flows of energy, information and communication that shape such living Universe with mathematical statements, as abstract physicists often do; we perceive reality with all our languages. Then, the Universe becomes far more complex, far more organic and intelligent in all its parts. And we hint to the fact that we might exist in a living organism, the universe, made of multiple micro-organisms, called galaxies, that grow in size and social organization, from simple atoms to complex molecules, to cells, to humans beings, that exist in a planet, part of that galaxy, itself a cell of that Universal organism.

This bold affirmation of course cannot be totally proved, as we are inside such Universal organism, and so we will never be able to understand or perceive its totality. Still when we study the details of that organism, that science has mapped out for us in the past centuries, the individual parts of that Universe, show a remarkable similitude in structure and behavior, despite their differences of size and form, to the point that we can consider those sections of the Universal Organism, social organisms in themselves...
